Krista joined TheHomeMag in February 2007 in sales for the first-ever franchise for TheHomeMag. Shortly after the initial launch of the Las Vegas magazine, Krista’s service to her clients and peers was glowingly obvious – she is in her element.
Since those early days, Krista became the local manager in the Las Vegas magazine and subsequently deservedly grown to the Regional Publisher role for Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Detroit. As a key senior leader in the organization, Krista is a revered mentor, coach, and true ambassador of TheHomeMag brand.
Marc Magette | Account Executive
Marc joined TheHomeMag Phoenix in September 2014 as an Account Executive. Over the years, Marc has received a number of sales awards and the admiration and respect from his peers and every client he's had the pleasure of serving.

Kim Bailey | Account Executive
When we asked Kim to join our team in August 2020, we knew we found a kindred spirit dedicated to serving the local home improvement industry and the community as a whole. While new to TheHomeMag, she brings many years of marketing and advertising experience to our team. As an enthusiastic practitioner of Yoga, Kim understands the importance of mindfulness, focus and flexibility and combines these values with her marketing expertise and passion for customer service to provide the best possible results for clients.

Dean recently joined our team in July 2022, but he is certainly no stranger to helping local businesses achieve their goals. Sara Jimenez | Office Manager
Sara began her career as TheHomeMag in June 2014. Since then she has grown into managing the accounting and support operations for our Las Vegas, Phoenix and Detroit offices
While happy behind the scenes, she isn't just a supporting player. Her office nicknames are Mama Bear and Eagle Eye. She is fiercely dedicated to supporting the success of our clients and team members. Being a perfectionist at heart, she uses her keen eye for detail when working with financials, improving processes and producing error free publications.
Kylee Beems | Corporate Magazine Assistant
Kylee joined TheHomeMag in June 2022 as the Corporate Magazine Assistant for both the Las Vegas and Phoenix magazines.
As an avid Harry Potter fan, Kylee uses her own brand of "muggle magic" throughout all stages of our production cycle to assist our team and clients in any way she can. Kylee is detail oriented, organized, and eager to learn new things - in fact, she speaks three languages! When working with TheHomeMag, Kylee will surely help "clear the path" for your success.
Dara Ricci | Graphic Designer
Dara brought several years of design experience in the printing industry with her when she began working at TheHomeMag Phoenix in 2018. Since her time with TheHomeMag, Dara has created, updated, and redesigned thousands of ads with the sole purpose of lead generation for each client.
Not only is Dara clear about her mission with her clients, she is a nominee for TheHomeMag Cover of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards. Her design skills and effective THM ad creation have the ripple effect of business growth, profitability, job creation, and all around happy clients.
